On April 7, 2005, Mosaic was chosen a Peabody Award winner, as one of the best in electronic media for 2004. The Peabody Awards, the oldest honor in electronic media, recognizes distinguished achievement and meritorious public service.

Mosaic features selections from daily TV news programs produced by national broadcasters throughout the Middle East. The news reports are presented unedited and translated, when necessary, into English.
       
Mosaic includes television news broadcasts from selected national and regional entities listed on the left.
